Abused by his stepmother and stepbrother, Tor turns to the girl-next-door, Minta. The two developed a bond. One night, while being chased by his stempmother, Tor jumps into a river and is presumed dead. He is taken under the wing of his mother’s friend and takes on a new life under the alias Sila.
