Khemchat (Jesada Pornpadee) fell in love with Suriya Wadee or Nu Lek (Ann Thongprasom) at first sight while both were attending the same university. He gave her a flower-shaped notched flower ring as a symbol of love.
At that time, Wadee family suffered from financial problems and she was asked by the family to marry Chavalit Rattanachart (Seththa Siriraj) , the bank’s principal, to pay their debt. Wadee left Khemc without saying goodbye. Khem was hurt when he later learned that his lover dropped out of school in order to marry wealthy old man, therefore he vow to create a status until being rich.
